Workshops, or Bonus Classes, are a great way to learn more about a particular aspect of yoga. They are normally broken down into sections over the course of the workshop, with breaks in between.


Workshops are suitable for individuals of all levels and abilities, and help you to delve further into the world of yoga that we all love.

UK Retreat

Join us is the beautiful Polzeath in Cornwall for our first UK retreat.

We have planned 4 days of luxury and relaxation.

Our coach will pick us up from the yoga studio on Thursday morning, where we will have a picnic prepared for our journey. We will then enjoy a long weekend of yoga, pilates, meditation, dance, and more, led by some of our lovely studio teachers. 

The accommodation will consist of several luxury apartments that each sleep 4-6 people in twin bedrooms with en-suites. The apartments are also fully equipped with kitchens and utilities, although these will be minimally required as all meals will be included and prepared for you. There is a swimming pool, golf course, gym, and our own yoga studio on site, and the local area offers beautiful views with many opportunities for walks and other activities.

The total cost of the retreat is $466, which will include the following:

  • 3 nights accommodation
  • all meals (not including Saturday lunch where there will be the opportunity to dine out in the local town, Padstow)
  • Travel on a luxury coach to and from the accommodation, with pick-up and drop-off at TYSHW
  • a minimum of 2 optional classes a day (yoga, pilates, meditation, dance)

To confirm your space, a 50% deposit of £233 will be required by October 21st.

The full payment will be required one week before the event: 21st November

Ashtanga Primary Series Workshop - Core Strength, Jumping, Balance, and Hand Stands

Led by Mandy (Padma Yoga and Meditation)

30th November at 14:20-17:30

Join Mandy as she takes you through the Primary Ashtanga series. She will help you to perfect your posture and improve your technique whilst familiarising yourself with these classic yoga poses. This session the focus will be on core strength, jumping, balance, and handstands. Mandy will break these down and make them accessible for all, so come and challenge yourselves with this fun workshop.

Suitable for mixed ability and intermediate practitioners.

Ashtanga Primary Series Workshop - Closing of postures, and Head Stands
