We offer a wide range of Yoga and Pilates classes and private sessions and aim to create a supportive, caring environment for all of our teachers and students, and to build a friendly community for everyone who walks through our doors.

We also offer a variety of alternative therapies, from Reiki and reflexology, to massage, which can be used in conjunction with our yoga and pilates to provide a supportive and healing environment for those with physical and mental ailments.
